Clay Worley

SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer, NCI

Clay Worley serves as senior vice president and chief human resources officer for NCI, responsible for the company’s human resources strategy and execution in support of NCI’s human-driven technologies. Clay brings more than 30 years of experience leading human resources teams and driving human capital initiatives across HR functional areas in support of business objectives, most recently as vice president of Human Resources for DXC Technology’s U.S. public sector organization. Prior to that role, he worked in several HR leadership roles at Leidos, SAIC and L‑3 Communications.
