Yan Chen is a veteran product manager of analytics and planning software for more than two decades, having worked for several business intelligence and enterprise performance software companies. Yan’s role at Visier is to define the product strategy and vision for data managers, model designers, and administrators.
Kevin MacDuff
Director, Solution Management, Visier
Kevin lives at the intersection of HR, technology, and mathematics. He was an early adopter of People Analytics and the way math and data can provide evidence of human behaviour within organizations. He is skilled in identifying business objectives for senior HR leaders and tying them to data and analytics. As a Solution Director at Visier, he uses his deep subject expertise to design compelling products and services that solve customer problems and lead the people analytics market forward.
Anton Smessaert
Director, Data Science, Visier
Dr. Anton Smessaert is the Head of Data Science at Visier, the leading innovator in People Analytics solutions. His team's responsibilities include innovation in advanced statistical techniques, AI technologies and products based on Visier’s unique datasets, as well as joint research programs with academic partners. Anton holds a PhD in Computational Physics and a German Physics degree with specialization in Machine Learning.
