Mark Berry, Vice President of Human Resources, Indiana Packers
Mark Berry is the Vice President of Human Resources at Indiana Packers and formerly held senior HR senior HR leadership positions at CGB, ConAgra Foods and International Paper. He is a workforce analytics and planning expert who has first hand experience establishing a successful People Insights function at Fortune 200 companies. Mark holds B.A. & M.A. degrees in Psychology, as well as a M.B.A. with a concentration in Operations Management. He has more than 18 years of HR experience in food ingredients, paper, and chemical industries. Prior to his work in HR, Mark was a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP).
