Catherine Garrett oversees a variety of HR activities including HRIS Management, HR Data Analytics, Payroll, Employee Relations, Budgeting, Records Management and HR Compliance and Risk. The focus of Mrs. Garrett’s current position is to drive strategic performance through the implementation of technology and processes that benefit the end users. Catherine joined Comerica Bank in July of 2006 as the Director of Administrative Management Services overseeing HR operations. In 2016 responsibility for Employee Relations was added to her role.
