U.S. healthcare providers today are facing a perfect storm: growing demand for healthcare, a nursing shortage, and regulatory pressure to embrace a new revenue model. To keep pace with these new demands, a growing number of healthcare providers are deploying workforce intelligence—typically cloud-based software and the staff and processes that enable the use of data analysis and strategic planning to make workforce decisions that are aligned with and support business results.
