Leaders Need Talent Analytics and Insights
We believe Gartner’s research shows only enterprises equipped with talent data and insights will meet the fast-paced demands of digital business and the next-generation workforce
2020 has been unprecedented in the amount of change and uncertainty that businesses, and employees face. This change has accelerated what we once called “The Future of Work” into our daily reality, but most organizations are underprepared. Today, the focus of many leaders is on supporting business recovery and growth, and ensuring they have the best interests of their employees in mind. They face a number of challenges. They must lead organizational change and promote new ways of working in their teams. They must also prepare for the significant transformation in a large number of different jobs and roles.
Talent analytics is the only way leading organizations will be able to navigate these challenges. Leaders from any functional area can play a key role in improving the quality of talent analytics in their organization. Through talent analytics, they will be equipped to increase organizational agility and the organization's ability to adapt to changing demographics, business models, customer or constituent expectations, and market conditions.
