As Chief of Staff at Visier Jayne acts as a force-multiplier to the CEO, helping to make Ryan's vision a reality, executing strategic initiatives and accelerating the velocity of execution.
Jayne brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the tech industry to Visier ranging from start-up innovation with digital technologies to General Manager of a billion dollar enterprise software business. She has held senior leadership roles and has a proven track record of driving global expansion and innovation in tech organizations including SAP, BusinessObjects, Crystal Decisions, Sierra Wireless, Maximizer Technologies and Telecom New Zealand. Prior to joining Visier Jayne served as Global Vice President & General Manager for Analytics at SAP and led SAP's Intelligent Enterprise Solutions, combining analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning and the internet of things (IoT) to solve critical industry challenges.
Jayne holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Auckland, and has continued executive development with Queen's University in Ontario and KPMG Executive Leadership for Women. She is a member of Visier's management board, and an active supporter of Women in STEM initiatives.
Lisa Rowan
Research Vice President, HR, Talent, and Learning Strategies, IDC
Lisa Rowan is Research Vice President for IDC responsible for global research on human capital and talent management software and services. Ms. Rowan provides expert analysis focused on both the business services and software used to address HR and talent-related dimensions. Her research addresses developments in human capital and talent management applications, human resources consulting, and HR outsourcing services.
