About our Speaker:
Jennifer Koch, Workforce Analytics, Key Bank
Jennifer leads Key Bank’s HR 2020 Program Office which has oversight for the development of technology, analytics and process simplification capabilities for the organization. In this role, Jennifer leads the People Analytics Community of Practice and oversees Key’s HR technology strategy and 3-year roadmap. She also has manages the strategic third party relationships for HR.
