Dr. Gary Russo, Director of Workforce Intelligence,Providence St. Joseph Health:
Dr. Gary Russo, Director of Workforce Intelligence at Providence St. Joseph Health, works with all leadership levels to develop a culture of evidence-based people decisions that drive measurable business improvements. The Workforce Intelligence team’s People Analytics and Workforce Planning responsibilities support over 110,000 employees that provide quality healthcare to millions of patients each year. Gary has over 7 years of experience in strategic HR initiatives including position control implementation, total rewards modernization, and systems automation. He serves as the business lead for the successful launch of Visier across his organization. Dr. Russo holds a PhD in Molecular & Cellular Biology from the University of Arizona with a focus in Neuroscience.
