How Pitney Bowes has Championed DEI for Over 65 Years

August 10, 2021 | 9am-10am PT

Many companies have launched robust Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives over the last couple of years, with new executive teams and training programs designed to overhaul internal DEI practices. But on the other side of the coin, what lessons can be learned from companies who have been champions of diversity for decades?

Pitney Bowes, a global technology firm that offers commerce solutions for 90% of Fortune 500 companies, has made DEI an integral part of its company strategy for over 65 years. Join us on August 10, 2021 for this live fireside chat with Visier’s Lexy Martin and Pitney Bowes’ Michael Salva and Tiffany Zanotelli to learn how you can use people analytics to develop a substantially and permanently diverse workforce.

You will learn:
  • Why a DEI solution shouldn’t just be about hiring—and instead what employers and employees find most valuable at each phase of the employee lifecycle.
  • What key actions to take from data and insights to improve DEI.
  • How lessons learned from people analytics can improve your DEI strategy to drive optimal results.

We hope to see you there!
