Carley Hardin, HR Information Systems Manager, Tempur Sealy International
Carley Hardin is the HR Information Systems Manager for Tempur Sealy International: the world’s largest bedding provider. Her team uses data and systems to drive many employee lifecycle processes, including: recruiting, analytics, performance management, compensation, benefits, and succession. Carley has held prior roles in compensation, talent management, and data analytics with large organizations spanning the public and private sector. She recently separated from the U.S. Army Reserve after nearly 10 years of service.
