Michael Salva, HR Specialist, People Analytics and M&A, Pitney Bowes
Michael has spent his career in HR across many disciplines and industries, including retail, financial services, technology, and logistics. Having worked in many areas of HR including, compensation & benefits, employee relations, recruiting and organizational design, he brings a wide range of HR experience to the table. Working for Pitney Bowes over the last three plus years, Michael has spent a considerable amount of time in the analytics space, standing up the people analytics function and transforming the way the HR team at PB looks at and uses talent data. He is a graduate from the business school at Western New England University, is currently working on his MBA at the University of Connecticut, and resides in Stamford, Connecticut.
