Jen Miller, Senior Manager Talent Analytics, Kohler Co
Jen has a passion around understanding organizational effectiveness through research and data-driven analytics around teamwork, leadership, engagement, and workforce strategies. She has spent 18 years in consulting and corporate organization’s that touch multiple industries collaborating on projects and processes such as workforce planning, employee engagement, total rewards strategy, organization design, and talent analytics. In the past two years, her focus has been on building a new talent analytics division at Kohler Co. This effort is focused on building a team to upskill HR professionals in utilizing knowledge of the business, data and technology to enable talent decisions to be backed by insights. She has an education in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, M.S.
